These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Studio For PD app (the "App"), a live broadcasting tool for creators. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is intended for broadcasters and creators. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the App to broadcast or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of others, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
You retain ownership of the content you broadcast. You are solely responsible for your content and grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and deliver the broadcasting service to your audience.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or its users. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
